I have had batteries stolen twice now from my trailer which I store here. The manager leaves the walk in gate wide open so anyone can just waltz in and have free run of the place even if they do not have a unit rented here. He leaves the gate open even when he is NOT on the property and is gone for an extended period of time. They hire unqualified homeless people to do repairs on the storage units. This place is not a good place to store any type of trailer or vehicle.
We rented a UHaul and it was at this facility. We got multiple emails and texts and calls changing the return location. The day before we were to turn it back in, we realized we needed another day. I called Uhaul, made the arrangements for an additional $50.00. This was once again followed by multiple text, calls and emails changing the return location. We believed the final spin of the wheel was back at this facility.
Nothing but problems at this facility since ive been renting their storage..everytime i call ro make a payment to the facility no one answers the phone which i have to call another facilitly so they can take my payments..this happens every …
Does anyone ever work here ever. They never ansewer to pay the bill to move out of there but can't. This is sad for biz and there quick to wanna give you a late fee if your late.not recommending this place at all phanswerpithephonesphoe

In summary, it felt professional yet still caring like a small town business. A friend I helped through rough times had a storage unit here and I worked with them to pay for the unit and eventually empty it out. I have worked with a quite a few storage units through my work and this is one of the best ones I’ve seen. The units are well-built, secure, and did well protecting the contents from the weather. The buildings and grounds were well maintained and clean. The wide aisles were also nice.
Easy access in and out of facility clean storages haven't had any issues with rodents and the people here are nice and professional.
Great customer service and very affordable place. Good reviews and the manager is very welcoming. Thanks
Great idea to have after hours pickup however navigating through the website was a headache.
