Prices are great locations great, but the manager comes off very rude and will stop renting to you for any little mistake. I was very calm and respectful and apologetic during the time mrs robin was yelling at me infront of other renter's as if i was a child because i left 1 of my belongings infront of key pad no longer then 40 second's to run back to back and give my father his key and because my dad steppd in.and said you dont have to apologize to her.
This is upsetting to see and I'd love to look more into the situation however I am unable to find you as a tenant with our property. If you could please send me an email at [email removed], I'd like to get more details and improve our service.
Someone just stole from our storage today & replaced our lock with theirs, it’s literally our SECOND day there . Stole over 2k of our stuff and collectibles :)
Hi Briana, We are truly sorry that this happened to you and understand how distressing and overwhelming this experience must be, especially so early into storing with us. No one should have to go through something like this.
I had a storage unit there reserved when I went to go store my belongings in the unit there was a green lock on it the unit next to mines was open so I stuck my belongings into the vacant unit next to mine because there was a green rock on the reserve unit I had I went back the following week the green lock was gone and it was on the vacant unit I had my belongings in and are ready to auction it off bad management I would keep all receipts and insurance if you use that storage unit.

The place is clean very lit up but the only thing I have an issue is that I paid my storage three months in advance so I wouldn't have to worry about it until January but now that's January I've just paid tremendous late fees or whatever …
Unfortunately we do have a late fee that hits after 10 days past due, and a pre-lien fee for accounts that go over 21 days late. However we do accept online/phone payments for customers in good standing so once you are caught up you will always be able to make a payment from the comfort of your…
