I scheduled this company one month In advance. They still manage to mess up my time. I stressed for my furniture to be picked up at noon on a certain date . I even confirmed with a text my scheduled date and time a few days before the pickup/ delivery to make sure. I was told that the job could be done on time. Then I receive a text saying that my move would be between 12 Noon and 845pm. I didn’t mine because I knew I had confirmed my time. The day of my move I left work early to be at my place at 1145. NO call!
Hi Diane we are extremely sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. We wish we would’ve been informed of your elevator reservation. We noticed that the confirmation that was emailed to you wasn’t signed and that is where we have all the terms and conditions informing our clients of the time…

I had an excellent experience with this moving company! Marcos and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Their communication was clear, they were extremely professional, and they made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and organized. Marcos led the team with confidence and kindness, ensuring everything was packed securely and delivered without a scratch.
I recently had the pleasure of using Cali Professional Movers for my move, and I cannot praise their service enough. From start to finish, they provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. Their level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive. The moving team went above and beyond by carefully placing all my furniture on the second floor, ensuring everything was exactly where I wanted it. They also separated my boxes by room, which made unpacking a breeze.
Marcos the owner is the best. I was stressed out trying to find the best professional and good value company that will help me move from San Diego to Riverside County within a week . When I called Marcos I explained to him the furniture and the distance he right away asked if he can come to my house to give me a estimate. He likes to do it in person to give a better estimate on how much it would be . He arrived right on time and told me the price .
Recently moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two story house. My apartment, at the time, was located on a second floor which added more difficulty to the move. Although I was a bit worried about stairs being an issue at both locations, Erik and Eduardo did an excellent job moving my furniture and pack out boxes safely with care and attention to everything. They communicated professionally and did a great job together.
