In their own words
Absolutely the worst moving experience in a lifetime of company transfers. Totally disorganized, lost precious boxes of possessions and worst - stole a piece of antique furniture and tried to secretly replace it with a Chinese knockoff. When challenged they shrugged and gave me a link to the insurance company - not even an apology. They later claimed "everything checked off at delivery" because they tried to substitute Chinese knockoffs rapped in plastic and thought we wouldn't notice. Completely dishonest movers!
We know our customers value their possessions and we try our best to prevent damages. Our records show that everything checked off at delivery. It's our understanding that the claims process for damages incurred during transit has been … More

Michael Braga and his team were simply amazing from start to finish. Their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled our belongings with the utmost care, ensuring everything arrived at our new home safely and securely. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail - they wrapped fragile items meticulously and carefully maneuvered bulky furniture through tight spaces without a scratch.

The team at Capitol Relocation & Logistics exceeded all of our expectations, proving that professionalism and integrity are alive and well in the moving industry. From the start, the pricing was excellent and did not change, which was a huge relief. The staff, especially Gregg and Lisa, were great! The moving crew, Abelandio, were out of this world. They were not only nice, professional, and hardworking but they also did everything with a smile. Their attention to detail and care was truly unparalleled.

If you’re looking for a moving company that truly cares about your belongings and makes an incredibly stressful process feel easy, I can’t recommend this team enough. Marcus, Aron, and Douglas packed our home in Maine, loaded everything with incredible care, unloaded it in Connecticut, and placed each item exactly where we wanted it. Throughout the entire experience, they were professional, efficient, and meticulous, but what really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Andrea! We're thrilled to hear that your experience with Marcus, Aaron, and Douglas exceeded your expectations. It was our pleasure to provide you with a smooth and seamless moving experience. We appreciate your kind words and recommendation!
Michael Braga and his crew at CRL are exceptional, professional and friendly. They were able to move us from boston to Hartford without any damage to belongings or structure. They were polite, kept the process clean and went above and beyond with the careful packing of all our belongings. And they were very nice to our dog the entire process. They had no issues with last minute changes in location of furniture and walked us through every step and double checked every room with us on move out and move in.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Thomas! We're thrilled to hear that Michael and his team provided exceptional service during your move. Ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation while being friendly and professional is our goal.
