Unprofessional & Inexperienced. Showed up 4 hours late in a Uhaul completely unprepared and I had to provide tools, water, frequent breaks for them to finish the job. Many rookie mistakes resulting in damage & delays. Didn’t know how to correctly disassemble a bed, unplug/plug in a refrigerator line resulting in a leak, or carry certain items. Several drops & wall hits requiring complete oversight. Negotiated a 30%+ discount at end of job.
ZERO STARS I'm writing this review a bit later than usual. I was worried about retaliation from the owner, so I wanted to wait until I'd moved out of the place they moved me into originally. I had spoken with the owner about moving from Beaumont to the Silsbee area, no more than a 20-minute drive. I mentioned I had limited time, only a few hours, to complete the move and assured him everything would be packed (which it was). He said he could accommodate me.
