I had a pretty bad experience with this moving company. Understandably a company can have good and bad days. But the part that was most horrible about my experience with Careful Movers, is that after I had my experience, I called, texted and emailed the owner Tony more than a half a dozen times, and he completely ghosted me thereafter. List of issues with my move: 1) I was scheduled for 12:30 PM and I texted Tony the morning of my move to confirm, which he did, yet the movers did not show up until nearly 3 PM.
At the end of the day this guy's story is bogus, We're very up front with the pricing but this man is just very hard to please and didn't want to pay my guys for their hard work. Learning experience, we wish you the best.
I had a pretty bad experience with this moving company. I scheduled Careful Movers of Houston to show up between 9 AM and they didn’t show until after 11 AM. Keep in mind, I was their first customer of the day (based on the mover’s comments). Not the end of the world, but read on... They cracked one of the wooden legs on my new dresser and put multiple gashes in the ceiling on the 1st level of the new house.
This guy was extremely hard to please and my movers informed me that his furniture was already damaged to begin with.
Aaron and Trey worked carefully and hard. They helped me tremendously and I am grateful. I gave a four star because I asked for a three man crew and I was not told only two were coming. I would recommend wrapping cords with the technology it goes with for ease of set up. Overall, I recommend Aaron and Trey. * I am editing to my review. As I have completely unpacked now, I am missing an Xbox controller. Not a huge deal...but missing none the less. I emailed the owner, Tony. It’s been a few days and no response.
well let’s start off first with they took four hours just to take a two bedroom apartment downstairs. And I definitely feel like they did it because they seen that I was a woman and I was alone. . Then they try to bamboozle me into buying more time because like I said they seen that I was alone and couldn’t move the stuff upstairs by myself. So in result my stuff has been sitting in the garage. Now I’m moving it upstairs and They Broke my furniture.
Customer called last minute and wanted a move done on Christmas Eve, the entire call was sketchy from the beginning, however being that we try to help people we accepted. I told the customer that we have a 4 hour minimum and anything over will be additional pay.
I’ve never had a bad moving experience till now. 1. He showed up late. He never called to say they were going to be late. I called at 5:15pm and 5:30pm. Then, at 5:45pm, owner states that the truck broke down …
Tried to meet you before hand to give you parts and you said you didn't have time, yes truck broke down but I had 6 people show up to get your move done, we're talking about 2 wheels to a bed that you're complaining about.... Get a life covid is real.....

We hired My Careful Movers upon the recommendation of The Millennium High Street Loft apts where my daughter was moving. Not only did they come highly recommended to us but everything they said about this company was true. It was the greatest decision we ever made! Tony, the owner, worked with me one-on-one from the first phone call through every issue. We we’re scheduled to move the following day but had a family emergency and had to cancel last minute.
