Hired for a piano move from Sahali to the North Shore. They no-showed last night without any phone call. I called and rescheduled for this morning, as they advised could not do it last night after all. They were almost an hour late this morning. Sent two men, very small in build, that took one look at the piano and panicked. They called me and said that the piano is a "Grand Piano" (please see picture of regular upright piano) and they will NOT be moving it.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They stored our new appliances for a house build, then damaged and lost multiple parts and pieces of them! We had to fight and fight to get the damaged items replaced and and then again to have the missing items re ordered and delivered and STILL have NOT been reimbursed for all the extra repair and installation costs!!! They have had months to fix and deal with the issues and refuse to respond!! BRUTAL SERVICE!!!!
We had stored appliances for this client, one fridge came dented from the shipper and was replaced. Our company has lost a single item which was a tap(small box) and has been replaced and picked by this client. … More
If you want the worst service this industry has to offer get them there are unreliable overcharge you and constantly damage appliances I do not recommend them to anybody not even my worst friend
I have used Cargo Chain successfully to move me a few times. However, I recently bought a kitchen unit to be moved for my apartment loft I am building. They brought the cabinets, not the counter tops. I waited over a month for the tops. Now they lost the stainless steel sinks for the kitchen. I am having trouble even contacting them at this point, so will go the legal route to get my merchandise returned. Meanwhile, electricians and plumber have both left the job site so everything is backed up.

During the move several things got banged up including a large gouge on the wall. I pointed it out immediately to the mover and called it in. After being told they would look after it and not to worry they don't return my calls and three weeks later it has not been resolved. Very unprofessional.
Very disappointed. I ordered 3 movers and was quoted 225 an hour. Only got 2 movers and they charged us 190 a hour. They were 1.5 hrs late and took 8 hours to move. Spent most of the day socializing and complaining that things were too …
They were on time but were extremely rude. Moved things and did not move back. Left and did not even close the door. NEVER again.
Could not keep scheduled time, delayed twice, large obvious scratch on front of headboard, charged large tip without consent.

Just had Aman & Baldeep from Cargo Chain pickup a very heavy cabinet bed from our home to deliver to another address. Both gentleman were the most courteous, careful, and professional persons that we have ever had move furniture. Cudos to both of them.
