If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. We signed an agreement for one unit and they are trying to charge us for 2 units. We have paid the amount that is owing for the one unit but because we refuse to pay for a second unit they are holding ours and our baby's stuff. When I called to speak with them, I was hung up on then told that because I wasn't there to sign, they wouldn't talk to me. Even with permission.
I had a trailer at the kamloops facility. During my rental the price has hone up 15% with no notice each increase. The old staff (still employed) were very rude and did not care. I noticed that the gate was being left open at night and when …
A number of months ago I renewed my credit card, my automatic monthly payment was not updated, my own mistake and I completely understood that they put a second lock on my unit while I paid up the late storage rent. That's business, it makes sense and it was my own fault. One full month ago that balance was paid in full, I was informed that they would remove the lock. Today I arrived at my locker this morning to pull out my winter tires, and found the lock -still- on my locker.
Horrible place to deal with , they make you feel secure with cameras and gates that do not function when needed. I tried dealing with your so called customer service . You didn't come to the table and admit fault for damages done!
This place is discriminatory to people with any kink of record and not willing to assist you when they alowed a bailif to rent a unit to put someones stuff in
Bad neighbors, and they rip off customers. Their alarm sounds nightly at 11pm and goes off for hours on end. Makes it hard …
