Hi Vicky, I had a chance to speak to your mom for whom we did the move. As you have found the laptop at your residence, it will be great to do the right thing. When we move people, they often take time to locate their belongings because there is so much stuff that needs organizing.
I'm disappointed in their service. Not only were they not on-time, they damaged our wall fixture and scratched our new dining table without any sort of acknowledgment, apology, or reimbursement.

Make an appointment with them for moving some things. They showed up over an hour late, no apologies and after the the move, we found dog poop on our mattress. No apologies or a discount offer.

For a company that claims to be “Renowned for our unwavering commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and exceptional service”, the driver of this pickup ran a red light in Kamloops. Not very professional in my mind.

I recently moved from Calgary to Kamloops with TeamLift and had an amazing experience. Gurman and Kultar were absolutely awesome from start to finish. They were professional, hardworking, careful with all my belongings, and made a stressful move feel easy and smooth. Yes, their pricing was a little on the higher side, but honestly, it was worth every dollar for the quality of service they provided. Everything arrived safely and on time, and their attitude and work ethic were outstanding.
