This place is a TOTAL joke. The woman running this place is totally unprofessional. They're all about the money here and when you ask a question it takes them 10 minutes to understand what you're trying to ask. Would not recommend.
Hi Andrew, Thank you for the helpful feedback. My assistant believes you may have called while she was out doing errands on the lot, so it took her some time to get you a quote. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I want you to know we will be looking for ways to improve in these circumstances.
Never available to answer the phone and website lacks in every facet of needed information. Followed up by a nonsense reply to this review. The very fact that it was 4 hours later that there was a response is more the truth. As for not being available to answer the phone, maybe you should have a dedicated employee for answering calls, considering your website lacks any pertinent information. You want people to call, yet no one answers the phone.

Excellent response Thomas, You noticed too how Camille goes on and on blah blah blah. Nothing is ever her fault but she does stay busy stalking people around the storage area. No time to answer the phone. And Yes, renting from CarolinaStreet Self Storage was a horrible experience for me.

I have had storage in the past but this location stands out. First, the security is better than any that I could find. Each locker has an alarm on it. If the code doesn’t match up with your locker and it is opened, staff will be notified. That is one more layer of security that makes this place above the rest when looking for a storage locker. The staff is marvelous. My wife and I have a tendency to ask A LOT OF QUESTIONS!

We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit. Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out.
