In their own words
These guys came recommended to us to help us load up our belongings into 5 pods while we moved to an airbnb until our house was ready to move into. the guys seemed nice enough at first, but they began to make passive aggressive comments about how we should have started loading our boxes by ourselves into the pods before their arrival. But this is why we hired them. They also made comments about how we weren't ready to move which was not the case.
First of all ... I acknowledge that I had a lot of stuff. But other than the major furniture, and *some* of the food items, hardly anything was delivered to the rooms marked on the boxes. (ALL the boxes were well marked.) Everything else was stacked in the garage and on the patio, will-nilly, so that I can’t find ANYTHING. I’m talking about my CPAP equipment, silverware, medications, I have ONE pair of shoes, etc., etc. I could go on and on. I’m a 70 year old woman.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Can't say enough good things. Attention to detail, on time, careful, professional, efficient, good systems and reliable are just a few of the reasons we would use Case again.
Thank you for your review! Please call if we can assist you in the future!
What a blessing these guys were to us!! I worked with Jeni to schedule 2 trucks and 4 men for a great price!! Caseboise moved all of our belongings that we had very hastily jam-packed into two storage unites in Boise and they moved it all to our new home in Meridian in exactly 4 hours!! Mike, Sean, JD and Tyler were 5 minutes early to the starting location and during the entire job they hustled and worked together, encouraged each other and looked out for our belongings, our new home and each other with integrity…
Thank you for your business! We love to be a blessing!
Jennifer and her crew were on time, very professional, responsive and conscientious. One outstanding thing about Case Movers is they pack things exactly as they were placed in your home and replace them exactly as they were before. I have a floor to ceiling bookcase full of art, momentos and books. I was astounded when they replaced these items exactly as they were before. Everything is in its place. I have never had such an excellent experience in moving they are tops in their business.
Thank you for your business and your review! We really enjoyed working with you and love your updated teal wall!
Just an update to my original review below - we moved again and again Case Boise made such a hard process easier! Jeni and Mike clearly run a fantastic company becuase all of the people they hire are great, hardworking, and very nice. We modified our move date just so we could use them - would not go with any other company. Thank you again!! We have moved 3 times in the last 5 years and I can honestly say this is the best moving company we've come across.
Thank you Lisa for your amazing review. Our company really enjoyed working with you in every aspect of your move. We hope you enjoy your new home.
