I’ve moved many times and this was the worst with the combination of ridiculously pricy and unprofessional crew. Very slow: took half hour just folding blankets in the truck, one of the three guys was on the phone texting 1/3 of the time, literally; damaged my furnitures - chipped the top of my chest in bedroom(the guy denied it at destination when I spotted it because they padded it), scratched the surface of my ping pong table which we bought new last year (I caught the guy dragging the pingpong table going up…

***BEWARE*** To say our experience with Castle Express has been absolutely horrible would be an understatement. We will be taking legal action against this company. On moving day, the crew arrived late and were very unprofessional. An older woman I had never met (I believe her to be the owners mother) informed me she has never met this crew and didn’t know any of them. The movers began loading items without wrapping them and we had to remind them everything was supposed to be wrapped.
I've moved many times in my life. This was the worst moving company I have ever used. They quoted me 340 and at the end of the move they wanted almost 600 because the job took longer. It took longer because they would carry in 2 chair legs at a time. I found them numerous times standing around and talking. I requested my mattress be covered and I even bought the cover. They never used it. My armoire was all knocked up along with my bedroom set. I wanted to cry.

The move was the worst experience ever, the movers were college kids that seems like they were partying the day prior. The owner Joe was so unprofessional and telling me I es cheap and did not want pay for the move. I have to reschedule the move a few times due to closing, they cause me a high level of stress and anxiety while moving. I won’t recommend them or refer them to anyone...money is not wort it, it’s the experience.

We take every review seriously, so we will respond with the record. Our estimate for this five-day, 27,000-pound move was $21,525. At the customers' request, we reduced it to $15,000, which they signed a month before moving day, and the amount they ultimately paid was less than that.

Melvin and Lavell did an outstanding job. They handled all our furniture/belongings with great care and they were very careful removing furniture from our home and they carefully placed the furniture in our new home. Additionally, they were extremely courteous and pleasant. They provided best in class service. I had a great moving experience with Castle Express! Getting an estimate was a quick phone call and the price was very reasonable. The total cost ended up being exactly what was on the estimate. The crew arrived right on time and made sure all my furniture was moved out, transported, and moved in without any damage. This was my first time hiring a moving company and they made the move as stress free as a move can be.

I purchased this moving service to help my sister with her move. Booking the service was incredibly easy and Penny was not only helpful but super friendly. I gave them an accurate assessment of what was being moved and we came in exact to the estimate. The movers were super friendly and worked extremely hard. You hear a lot of bad stories about movers but this companies service is the absolute best I have ever used.
