In their own words
This company must be under new ownership. Initial service to pack up and put our condo in storage was excellent. 2 years later when we used them again, it was totally different. They double and triple billed us. They charged extra for delivering items they forgot to deliver in the first place. They overcharge and hassle you constantly for payment even though they don’t have accurate accounting and even though you have already paid 2 to 3 times what any normal service would charge.
Thank you for reviewing Castle Services We are sorry you have had a negative experience with our team. We are family owned and have been gratefully serving Ocean Reef for 22 years. … More

In their own words
Castle Movers is truly 5 Star! They have handled at least four moves for us over the years - two of which were very complicated and consisted of multiple locations. Not only have we used Castle for our moves, but also for our storage needs, packing, unpacking, furniture installation and art installation. Jim and his team are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and truly helpful on every level.

I was stressing about moving out of our apartment on short notice from Monroe County to Broward County and Francisco came to the rescue. He assured me he could take care of everything and not to worry. On moving day his staff was prompt, respectful of our things and very professional. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Castle Services. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends!
Thank you very much Cheryl, the entire Castle Services team is grateful for getting the opportunity to help you in your move, thank you for your trust and recommendations. We look forward to serving you in the future when in cleaning or moving services
I have used Castle Services many times and will continue to choose them because of their excellent customer service! They always volunteer to help with our annual golf tournament and were extremely careful when they helped move our office …
We are happy to hear our efforts don't go unnoticed, thank you Jill for this review!
I've found the entire Castle team to be excellent! The office staff is well organized and communicative regarding receipt of deliveries, condition of delivered items and additionally, they email copies of bills of lading with photos of items received. Each item is "labeled" and logged into my account. After all this...on the day of "delivery" the really hard work begins! The Castle delivery team is always friendly, courteous, and capable of handling any situation.
Thank you Deb for your comment! We are very grateful to have customers like you and we will continue to try and exceed the expectations of all our clients!
