Terrible. Bought my furniture in February. These movers did not wrap my furniture correctly and it is now ruined. Thanks. This is what I paid $500 for you all for. Trash. Use someone else and save yourself the headache. I am trying to post the pics but can’t figure out how

My Mom just moved from San Angelo to Odessa. She hired this moving company just to move her things from the uhaul truck to the house. The day before her move, confirmation of the move had been made. The day of the move the moving company attempted to contact my mother however she was in the process of getting here things out of her house in San Angelo and missed the call. Needless to say it wasn't without push back, they came to unload the Uhaul.
this house the living room was sunk in so to not cause damage i brought an extra worker and hand carried everything in to eliminate any utility dolly damage at no extra charge to you the customer.
I was optimistic about using this moving company that "seemed" professional and competitive but when I called to confirm the pricing & moving setup - the gentleman I spoke to raised the price an entire $100 MORE per hour than what is shown on their website. I was shocked and refused to be taken advantage of. Our world today is evil in itself and to face local businesses that lack consistent information shows double mindedness, a lack of professionalism, a lack of integrity and greed.
I'm sorry you don't understand pricing in the professional service industry and through our communications I think you need a friend more then mover.

Amazing service. I was In constant communication with the movers as they wanted to make sure they were there on time. Even though I pushed my original time back they were able to accommodate me. They came with a team of about 5-6 movers and got everything done very very quickly! Highly recommend for excellent service and professionalism!

I hired Celina's movers to help load a 20ft U-Haul truck to move from Odessa to my retirement city. The men arrived on time but forgot to bring ramps for stairs and told me that would be okay they could handle it. They used a cart to move items out of the house and on the first load the boxes were stacked too high and toppled while going down the stairs. That set the tone for the rest of the loading experience. One mover kept telling me he has eight years of experience and not to worry they had it.

I called a half dozen movers in town because my plans fell thru less than 24 hours before my move. Celina's was quick to respond, a great price and extremely efficient. The movers were on time, helpful and asked questions when things were unclear. Will definitely use again!

These guys were great to work with. Pete gave me a call within minutes of booking them online for my move and was very patient in walking me through the process from beginning to end. Sam was super professional and instinctively knew how to fit all my stuff within the U-Boxes. They worked quickly and efficiently and as a team.
