Well, the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE began in SEPT 2015. We moved out of VEER TOWERS at CityCenter on the strip and our household items went into their storage until it can be delivered to Los Angeles. February 2016, I contact Red Carpet to move the furniture from their Las Vegas warehouse to one of our homes in Los Angeles. It took 3 (three) months to get the item delivered. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, all pieces were deliverd EXCEPT all the hardware required to assemble our Ralph Lauren Bedroom set.

Several items never showed up after everything was unpacked. Your company did all the packing and unfortunately for me I didn’t watch everything they packed. I can’t prove anything but I will not ever use them again and I do not recommend them.
Hi Joyce - I am trying to contact you to discuss this. In Red Carpet's 18 year history we have never had a theft problem and we take any such accusations very seriously. Your move was in April, and this review is the first I've heard of your complaint.
This is the company used by Restoration Hardware for their furniture moves out in Vegas. We had one delivery in mid- December of around half a house lot of furnishings from RH to our multi million dollar newly remodeled home. We later discovered a number of scratches to the newly refinished Saltillo tile and later still discovered damage to a door and stained trim work around another door in a passageway, I actually had the manager or RH over a couple of days after the first lot of furniture arrived and pointed…
Two years later I am writing this review because it is still bothering me to this day. I was recommended to Red Carpet Movers by my Realtor. Many items I had moved were destroyed causing me to toss the mismatched remaining furniture :( I did not purchase the extra insurance so they said they could not help the broken items and were not apologetic. They just made me feel like I messed up not taking the insurance option (which is maybe true???).
I was referred to Red Carpet by a friend who was happy with their moving services. Red Carpet was not available on the date of my move, so they recommended Umbrella Movers, the worst moving company I have ever hired. When I called back Red Carpet to let them know about my terrible experience with their recommended alternate mover, they did not answer the phone and they never called back.

We have used them 3 times but this time was very bumpy due to main guy. Had to complain to Robbie about his tactics. Everything that came out from mouth was "no". As a result, when he came to our destination he started to complain that there was little time to finish. So he squeezed me out of more money for more guys. Never again! Make sure you have fast movers and time them.
Hello Dr Benjamin, I apologize the move took longer than you anticipated. Unfortunately, we just don't have any control over how long the elevators take in high rise units as we are forced to share with other contractors in the building.
Ordered a mattress from saatva and red carpet were the ones delivering it. Saatva has free mattress removal but when the movers got to my house they told me they charge $80 for the removal but that if I hook them up they'd mark that no removal was required??? Do all the movers try and scam people out of money or was it just the guy I had?
Hi Nick - We were super disheartened to see your review from your delivery last month. When you called the following day, our management and ownership Team went into quick action to resolve with you and fully refund the money you felt was collected improperly.
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. Would not accommodate special circumstances, was told pretentiously "you do realize that we are the most expensive movers in the city" after explaining my situation. Will not help you if they get a whiff of "lower class" even if cost was not a problem.

I was referred to red carpet moving by my realtor in Henderson Nevada because we were bringing a U-Haul truck full of furniture up to move into our new home. When I called, the staff was helpful and responsive and quickly gave me an estimate based on my description of our moving truck and contents. They checked in with me several days prior to our arrival to make sure that everything was on track and showed up on time and ready to go.

For once, everything fell into place. After securing a moving time with only 48 hours notice, Red Carpet sent 3 young strong men to survey my job, pack up my stuff, and move it out. Even though I was not moving very far away, the move went smoothly with everything arriving at my new location shortly after, with everything in tact, nothing damaged, and all at reasonable rate. I recommend these guys and I will use them again.

YES, YES, YES! It is extremely rare for me to be compelled to write a review of any kind - it either has to be a fantastic experience or a terrible one and luckily, Red Carpet Moving falls into the former category. Three guys showed up on time, ready to work and they were all extremely friendly - definitely the kind of people you don't mind having in your house.
We have extensive experience with movers in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, and twice living in Las Vegas, NV. I even worked for a major moving company doing government moves in DC in the mid-60s. So my wife and I have had extensive experience with moving companies locally and nationwide. Today Jeff and Richard delivered a new Mattress with frames that raise and lower the head or feet.
