The rating breakdown
2 of the 45 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Champs Muscle Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 45 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Should be able to leave 0 stars. Booked a move for A Saturday at 2pm, which is only performed by text message, which should have been the first red flag; then spent all morning preparing for these fly by night “movers” to show up which they never did. We also tried calling and texting them with 0 answer. Do yourself a favor and hire someone professional not these losers.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Felix and his team were great for an affordable, out-of-state move. I live in New Jersey and needed to move a few family items that were in storage in Huntsville up to Jersey. Felix quickly responded to my call, was immediately able to schedule a long-distance out-of-state move in advance, and give me the most reasonable and affordable price I found (I called two other Alabama movers who were significantly higher). He and his team handled everything with the storage company, since I couldn't fly down at the time.
Thank you so much for such wonderful recommendation. We are so happy to hear that you are pleased with your long distance move.
After getting quotes from several moving companies, I decided go with them as they were reasonably priced and pleasant. I was unsure if I should go with 2 movers or 4 because of the amount of furniture I had. I was given the choice to use 4 , but was told 2 of their movers could get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I went with 2. They were scheduled for 930 a.m., arrived about 5 minutes early, they took pictures of everything and got to work immediately.
I booked last minute, but they pulled through. Gave me a good price, got the job done quick, and took care of my stuff. 10/10
Happy to hear we were able to lend a hand at the last minute, Jordan! You can always count on us to make the moving process quick and easy. Reach out if you ever need our assistance again!
I cannot say enough good things about Champs Muscle Movers! We had an emergency to move my mother from her apartment to another apartment in her building. I called Champs (from Maryland) and they were able to book the move that week! Their quote for the move was very reasonable. They arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time, packed up her apartment with such care, and moved her things into her new apartment. Very fast. Everything was so organized. My mother was so happy! Very professional.
