In their own words
We made an appointment from 12-2pm, paid deposit, got confirmation but they never showed up. Never gave us a notice, a heads up, no cancellation, nothing, just simply a no-show. And we tried to call them so many times and no answer either. So no guarantee that they will make it to your appointment
Tony is personable but they still broke my desk. When I called the next day after noticing he refused to take accountability and said he was going to end the call because I sounded aggravated. When I said I would give him less than the stellar review he wanted he turned it around real fast and asked why I went straight to the negative. Never heard from him again for any follow up. I replaced my own desk because I wasn't going back and forth about it when I had to work from home the next day.
Though the company was easy to communicate with prior to the booking, when the day came, they had hired two guys off of Craigslist to come and move my stuff. Though the gentlemen were nice and efficient, when it came to the payment at the end, they had no idea who Chance and Chase were and only excepted cash which I had to run and get. These two gentlemen charged me $150 to do a 2 hour move, which is actually cheaper than going through Chance and Chase which were charging me $300.
Hello Madie, I do apologize about the inconvenience, we are a small business and had our crew call out at the last minute which led to us having to subcontract the job out. We didn't want to cancel the move at the last minute so we made provisions to have the job covered.
UPDATE: These two "movers" also tore the lid off my washing machine and said NOTHING. I had them put it in the garage because I already had a washer in the house. Went out today because I was going to switch them out and guess what? The ENTIRE lid came off. Do not use this so-called company. And if you do use them, DO NOT let Tony aka Chase coerce you into doing an immediate review of their service.

I must rave about Chance & Chase Express for services on 10/22/2020. My backstory is that I put my house on the market and it basically sold on the 1st day listed with a very quick closing date. I had half of my things in storage, the other half in the house, and a plan to move to Greenville, SC the day before closing. I was so stressed out trying to come up with a move plan.

I first found Chance & Chase Express when I needed a short notice quick move from my storage unit to my new house. I was able to call them on Wednesday about a Saturday move and they were extremely accommodating. I was further blown away by their professionalism, how quickly they worked, and how careful they were with all my items. When I finally closed on my house and was ready to make my big move I immediately contact Chance & Chase again! Didn't even give it a second thought!

Chance and Chase Express delivered….Excellent customer service, professionalism, and good pricing for an overall smooth local move. The arrival, pickup, delivery and set-up in appropriate rooms was top-notch!! We highly recommend and will call upon them again!
Highly recommend Chance & Chase Express for your moving needs!! On Feb 25, I contacted them for a last minute move (1 bedroom apartment in Atlanta to a 2 bedroom in Duluth) taking place on Feb 28. Not only were they able to accommodate the request, but they were extremely affordable. On feb 28th I was scheduled for a 9am move. The gentlemen (Tony & Corey) called at approx 7:30am to touch bases and confirm they're pending arrival. By 8:30am they were at my place, & by 8:45am they were moving!
