In their own words
Completely unprofessional. Argued with me and the manufacturer (restoration hardware) on the true weight of the furniture to be moved. Price was outrageous compared to other quotes I received. The worst part - extremely unprofessional and inappropriate - they found out who I was using to move and called them to try and talk them out of taking the job, the day of my move. Unbelievable. Shady. Stay far far away!!! Looks like they doxx you if you leave a bad review too 🤡

This is THE BEST moving company you will EVER hire! Or so I thought! I think we can all agree that every company is great or every apartment complex is great etc....Until you either need something fixed or the unexpected goes wrong. If you want a moving company that will take responsibility for an unforeseen circumstance that occurred after they move you , then DON'T choose this company!

In their own words
Chandler Boys was an amazing moving company to work with. The communication from start to finish was incredible and I always received a prompt reply to any questions I had. The guys that came to do my Pack as well as the ones that unloaded me in my new home were careful and respectful of my property, very kind and efficient completing a big move in a timely manner.
Hilary, thank you so much for this incredible review. It truly means a lot that you trusted Chandler Boys with such an important move, especially with the packing, long drive to Austin, and early morning unload.
Did junk removal services with them. Great price, very quick, kind workers, etc. Will definitely be using them in the future!!
These guys were fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them. I called and scheduled their services a week in advance. They were clear about pricing and timing and what I could expect. The team showed up on time and called me about 45 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on the way. There was a team of five guys, and they spent about four hours unloading a 28' truck trailer into my home.
Ashley, wow — thank you for such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to know our team made your transition into Tennessee stress-free. The crew works hard to protect every surface and ensure each detail is handled right.
Chandler Boys Moving and Storage did an outstanding job delivering our bed and additional furniture pieces from RH Outlet in Brentwood. The crew was extremely professional, organized, and efficient. They treated every item like it was their own and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. What really impressed us was how friendly and accommodating they were. Scheduling was easy, they were flexible with timing, and communication was clear throughout.
