We recently moved 3.9 miles within the same city and had a very disappointing experience with Messolar Moving And Installation Services. This company is based out of Smyrna, Tennessee. Before the move, we completed and submitted their detailed inventory form six days in advance. After problems arose, we were told they never received it due to a “technical glitch.” Despite having no inventory information, they proceeded without contacting us, even though we later provided proof it had been submitted.

UNPROFESSIONAL. Did not finish the moving job and tried to charge me $250 dollars with pieces all over my apartment. I called to figure out where the movers went and the head person or whoever got an attitude because I wanted answers as to why the job is not done. WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN!!!! Not to mention the price they said was not price they tried to charge. **Update** They claimed to not know why the movers left and then I texted wanting my deposit back.
You are required to pay the minimum for two hours. Your card was declined due to insufficient funds. We had no guarantee that you possessed the money to pay us. We have been scammed by many people in the past, and that is the reason we charge a minimum of two hours.
I really wanted to support a smaller local moving company, but unfortunately, this was not a great experience. We were moving across the country and had rented a 16-foot POD and a 12-foot U-Haul trailer. We had previously completed a move with the same amount of belongings using only a 24-foot U-Haul, so we knew everything should fit with proper packing and use of space.

Terrible. The worst experience with movers I have ever had. 2 hours and only a few things loaded. I did more than they did. Never hire this crew unless you want a painful experience. Slow, no sense of urgency, said the pod was not big enough but the few things they loaded they left huge gaps in the back. They left a 3ft by 3ft by 8foot gap. Unreal. I had to pull the little they did and restock it. Then loaded 85%of it myself. Sent them home 10 mins early because they were just in the way.

We had a terrible experience this morning. Edgar and Carlos were not fast, efficient, or willing to help. They were distracted, on their phones, and not experienced in moving efficiently with elevators. They also damaged an antique table we had them move, and damaged a wall when setting down a chair. We are disappointed and will not be moving with messolar again.

Terrible service. They will send people to your home who have zero respect for your furniture. Then when the furniture is damaged they will blame you. They loaded our belongings out of a 2.5 million dollar home and packed it like this, then blamed it on the driving. Just call BlackTie moving. They will be moving the rest of my stuff.
I am sorry to have to read this, but I want to clarify that the client himself requested that all that mess be stacked on top inside the truck; he stated that he needed more space to load other items. He was the one who asked for the truck to be loaded in that specific manner.
Packing. 2 men, 6hrs packing wasn’t completed. I live in a 1 bedroom apt. One packer was over an hour late. They advertised 85.00 per home but charge 129.00 per hour. The worst service I have received in 30yrs. Also, I gave the movers water then they took water and left half bottles of water all over my apt.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, the movers came to my house with wrong size truck for a 4 bedroom house. They took an hour lunch after loading and expected me to pay a large amount of money for 1/2 the job. A 3 to 4 hour job turned into a 6 hour job without completion. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
This person still owes us money. She seems to think moving a four-bedroom house should cost $600. We had to leave the job because she didn't have the funds to pay us. I hope that someday she pays the money she owes. She only left a bad review because she didn't get her way.
