Little Guys Movers Murfreesboro

I’ll keep it as short as possible… We hired little guys for a big move TN to AZ. During the hiring process we explained everything, where, when, what, etc. Made everything very clear. First day, two younger guys came, first hour+ they hauled three things into our pod. They would talk and other one sat down on his phone in the pod. I called the office manager who said they’re refund that first hour and sent out a “manager” to train/guide the rest of the time.

I gave 2 stars for the 2 movers, Andreas and Jason. They were great and worked hard. I would caution you to be aware that the price they quote will be way under the actual amount you will be charged. I talked to 2 members of management and both told me the price for a 2.5 hour job which they said was the minimum. They assure you that if they finish early you will not be charged more and that if they go over the time estimate then you will be charged for a prorated rate based on every 15 minutes added on.

Over promised and under delivered. We had these guys contracted, the week before we closed, to move the large items that we had left for staging our house. We were explicitly clear on how heavy our piano was and they guaranteed us that they would move it. They came the day we were contracted to move, looked at it, and told us they couldn’t move it.

I have used Little Guy Movers many times and my experience has always been great that is why I return. I decided to use them again for my move on June 1. Keep in mind when booking to tell them everything you plan to move because they don’t go off hourly rate rather the items that are being moved. It is easy to under estimate and when I talked to the guy on the phone I must have because I booked my move a month out.

We have used Little Guys in the past and they were always great, however when they came this past week, they were just awful. We have always used them in the summer months and gotten college students who appreciated having a job, whereas this time we got men who acted like they hated what they do. Maybe this is why my son’s new dresser leg was broken off and my Restoration Hardware christmas ornaments were broken.

They dumped all more than 100 boxes in my living room and my husband had to move them throughout the house. Yes, it was hot that day. I understand they were tired, but moving is the job. We paid full price and expected a full moving service which includes putting the boxes in the rooms where they belong. We shouldn't have had to put the boxes where they belonged in our 4000 sq ft house. That was a lot of work. Very disappointed. Told management. They only offered apologies. No money back. Would not recommend.

The absolute worst moving experience I've ever had they sent two children/adolescents to do a move from one apartment to the next literally walking distance. Just intentionally ran the clock and Lola gagged to get more time I still paid full price and exercise the integrity to give them what they charged and called to ask the manager and the owner to speak to me about the quality of my experience and they didn't even bother to call me back because they had already gotten their money and didn't care.

I had several broken items such as bath and body candles (at least 5) and my wine glasses. My book shelf was broken. I am still unpacking so I will probably have more broken items. I can say that the guys were nice and polite. I know my apartment was not the ideal place to move but I feel that the items in my home was as good and anyone else. I don't feel that my thing we're packed very well.
