I chose Square Cow based on their strong reviews and a detailed written estimate that included Full Value Protection coverage. The moving crew was excellent - professional, hardworking, and respectful. Unfortunately, the management side fell short. The final cost was much higher than the written estimate, and the Full Value Protection coverage I paid for wasn’t honored as written.
Square Cow Moovers has tried repeatedly to resolve Mr Moore’s claim satisfactorily. The customer had some very old pressed board furniture that was not sturdy enough to hold up to being moved, an old couch that the leather was scuffed on and two old tables that appears in pictures to be possibly…
I have had to think long and hard about this review. I absolutely cannot under any circumstances recommend this company. The young men who performed the labor were generally very nice and polite but knew little to nothing about moving. Boxes were crushed. Pictures were not wrapped. No furniture was cushioned with blankets. A two day move turned into a three day nightmare. Towards afternoon, the men just seemed to lose heart and just wanted to get everything off the truck and put somewhere.
After several thousands of moves this day has finally come - a less than 5 Star review. I hate it, but it was inevitable, I suppose. Bottom line - my answer to specific issues is outlined below, but more importantly, however, I will be calling Glen first thing tomorrow morning to see how we can…

Best movers Ive ever hired, and I’ve moved 6 times in the last 10 years using everyone you can think of (Black Tie-worst!, College Hunks, 3 Men and a truck) The hourly fee was a bit higher than some but Chris, Jonathan, and Issac did in 8 hours what took a crew of 6 from Black Tie to do in 14 hours (and STILL didn’t get everything moved before they had to suddenly stop because one of the crew members was under 18 and not legally allowed to work past 10pm!) We had difficulty finding movers willing to do a small job that would take less than two hours. The Square Cow MOOVERS team arrived on time, worked efficiently and safely, and were professional. Feb 2026 Review This moving company has the best most impressive movers I have ever experienced. Ryan Campbell and Russell McKinney were exceptionally professional, courteous, respectful in all instances, attentive to my needs and adhering to my concerns and instructions. They did not waste time and handled my belonging with great care. I am definitely looking forward to contracting them again in the near future and indeed recommending them as well to whom is in need of their services.

Square Cow movers were super nice. My favorite aspects of their service: -they asked us about ourselves and expressed genuine interest in our lives. -they were very careful with our delicate furniture. -they worked almost continuously for 6.5 hours to get the job done, without excessive breaks. -they put the furniture where we wanted and moved it if we asked. -they had really positive attitudes the whole time. I want to shout out Ryan and Caleb, who were our movers.
