Changing spaces moved us in Huntsville just 1.5 miles. We offered to take our only tv to ensure it would be safe and they stated “we move them all of the time it’s fine”. So we let them. And when we arrived to our new home it wouldn’t work. The movers were nice about it and called the manager to see what was needed. But since then it has been nothing but rude, disrespectful and dishonest people to deal with… they said we needed to file a warranty with Sony instead.
Following up to the owner's comments. I am thankful that I filed a review as the owner would not talk with us and refused to come or send anyone to look at our damages. It is true that the movers pointed out one thing that had prior damage …
We expected to get a bad review from this customer because of the number of claims made and denied. Most of our moves are without any damage claims. This is good for everybody. Damages cost movers money to repair.
I would not recommend them to my enemy. Bad services, employees complaint the entire time and did not do anything we ask them to do like leave the my son boxes on the door.

My husband and I have moved several times and always handled the move ourselves. This was the first time we used a moving company. Changing Spaces Moving Huntsville was a pleasure to work with. The two-man crew was on time, worked hard, was professional and polite. They were very careful and competed the move in a very short period of time. The price was excellent. I strongly recommend them for your next move.

Hired them to move all the large furniture within my home, the crew present were not only efficient but handled everything with care! I know furniture movers aren't known for that and I was very impressed! Overall I was very happy with the service and it ended up being less than quoted and less than the time expected. I hope I don't move any time soon but if I do I will be using this company again!
We had a great experience with this co. Very professionally run. I appreciated the email confirmation they sent me immediately after booking them. Also the communication to confirm a couple days in advance of their arrival AND the text msg I rcv’d when they arrived ON TIME to do the job. No hidden fees. I would definitely use them again!

Chris came out to give an estimate for our business move. We had furniture that we had going and coming from two different locations. Chris was professional and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the day of the move Chris was sick and not able to come to site. However, Nate filled in for him and the move went well. The movers worked well with each other and were courteous. I appreciated their professional attitude.
