Quite literally the worst moving experience I have ever had. They showed up late with a smaller truck than planned which required more trips. They heavily damaged almost all of our furniture which meant some of it needed to be thrown away. They then tried to charge me for more time than they worked and at a higher rate than they quoted me for leading to an inflation in the total price by about $225.
UPDATE-- This company absolutely RUINED a bunch of of furniture and then GHOSTED me on the final leg of the move. They threw our stuff into a storage unit with such little care, expensive furniture was damaged beyond repair. They didn't follow through on delivering the final leg... I have yet to see how the furniture in the freight van has fared. BEWARE.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his team. Due to my recent surgery and family coming into town soon, my husband and I found ourselves completely overwhelmed with a house full of furniture that needed to be assembled quickly. We needed help—and Brandon delivered. From the very beginning, Brandon was responsive, professional, and reassuring.
Lifesavers! I had a few heavy pieces of furniture that I needed help moving from the third floor of my building (no elevator, and three sets of winding stairs). I called and within 30 minutes, they were here to help me out. After about five minutes everything was out and carefully moved downstairs.
Thanks for the awesome review!
I made a last minute call for the moving. I was very stressful but Brandon and his team helped me to move and also offered the one night storage of my furniture with reasonable price. I highly recommend students or any others who wants to find a moving company in Charlottesville.
Thanks so much for the awesome review! I’m glad we could help!
