March 2018 Chapman was contracted by my apt complex...they finished my move & the next morning they broke into to my apt...2 months later the company refused to contact me about my stolen property
NEVER USE THIS FIRM: This company acquired the assets of a company that kept our items in storage for several years. When we finally had the items delivered, many items were missing and they have been the most uncooperative company with whom we have ever dealt. It is very possible our items are at their location in mislabeled vaults, but they refuse to allocate any personnel to try to locate our items without charging us an arm and a leg...that is after we have paid for years of storage fees for items that they…
I would not trust Chipman with your goods. Our boxes arrived full of ants inside and now we are facing a bug infestation in our new home. We've had to hire an exterminator and treatment will take months to complete. It has been a nightmare. Makes you wonder about the conditions of their warehouse or distribution center. I would not trust them with my belongings ever again, a true nightmare. For the price (~$13,000 for a 2 bedroom house), I expect much more.

This was the best moving company I have ever worked with. I was blown out of the water at the professionalism, personally taliored and detail oriented nature of this company. I texted Ryan Karns and he answered all my questions very quickly and came out in person to oversee my move. If I could give 10 stars to this amazing moving company, I would. From meeting Ryan and obtaining a quote and answering all my questions, to Mistee's help organizing things in the office to Scott and his team on the day of- they ensured my move was stress free and enjoyable. Moving states with a full house and three young children can be incredibly challenging BUT I chose the right company to take my fears away.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Chipman Relocation. Despite moving from one relatively remote location to another, the coordination of the move by Ryan and Mistee was phenomenal. Even with challenging winter weather conditions and difficult road conditions, pickup was on time, delivery was within our window, and the price was exactly as expected. My wife and I can recommend Chipman without hesitation!
