In their own words
Mike the owner gave a great 1st impression but the actual move was horrible!!! I ask for a fixed price before the job he ended up charging me additional 20% . I paid for everything to be packed and boxed well they use my suit cases and garage bags to pack about 15% of our belongings. It was also agreed the the clothes in our closet would be packed in garment boxes my wife closet was mine clothes were stuff into small boxes I had to have everything dry cleaned and press cost $400.00 plus we are also missing parts…
What satisfied customers point to

In their own words
From the very first time I reached out to Kenny, the owner of Chubby Ninjas, I had a great experience. He responded to my email really quickly and gave me a rough estimate based on the little information I had at the time. After he came out to do an in-person estimate, the price ended up being almost exactly what he originally quoted, which I really appreciated. I also liked how straightforward the pricing was. Everything was clearly broken down by the hourly rate per mover and the truck fee.
Erika, I really appreciate you noticing all the work we put into the customer experience and for taking the time to put it all in a review. Thank you very much! I hope you and the family have an amazing rest of your summer to start off the great memories to come in your new home.
These guys are the best! I was referred to them by a co-worker who raved about the experience. They showed up exactly on time, prepared and ready to go. They were so professional and careful with our furniture. I could not recommend them more~
Kenny and his crew were amazing! There was uncertainty on our side initially re our move date, he stayed flexible and understanding with us. He was quick and responsive throughout the process . After they packed everything up, they sent us completion vids since we weren’t in town to see for ourselves. Chubby Ninja packed and moved us but we unpacked ourselves. Everything was labeled really well, so it was simple to unpack. They made everything super easy and smooth for us. Thank you so much!
As a stager, I’ve used Kenny and his team for most of my installations. Him and his team are accommodating, professional and extremely careful with our inventory. They also always do their best to be flexible with our schedule which can be unpredictable in the real estate industry. We appreciate their work and will always recommend their moving services!!
Thank you Chelsea! It's been a pleasure working with you over the years and looking forward for more to come. We will see you soon!
