The owner and the people hired to help us pack and load our moving truck were friendly. But otherwise, I can’t recommend this moving company. They were not experienced and kept making comments about how much stuff we had… but we really don’t have that much and 75% was already packed before they were hired to pack our belongings. They knew we were moving out of state, in our own truck, and said they would bring packing supplies that we could purchase ie moving blankets to protect items.
We wanna thank you again for providing us a feedback about our small family business. Our company always go based on customers request. And it's always. a great pleasure to gather these type of feedback. So these type of mistakes don't happen again. Thank you so much and enjoy the rest of your day.
These guys are the definition of dishonest and hidden fees. The movers themselves were fine. But Frank Rivas was intentionally dishonest about the fee structure. And they didn't show me a bill or give me any indication of how much it would …
Hello Joe, thank you for letting us that you missed reading the terms when you accept the start time, it is very important for us that all our clients understand that we only going to charge for what we worked, But in the end, we end on reimbursing you the money.
The movers themselves were friendly and polite, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. They broke the glass in an antique cabinet, busted an antique chair, crushed several lampshades, and even managed to break our brand-new TV during the move. To make matters worse, they showed up with a truck that was clearly too small, overpacked it, and still had to come back for a second trip—something that added time, stress, and cost.

Sunny Movers were affordable and did a great job with our move. They were fast and attentive to moving things carefully and putting them in the right place. They were patient with us when they had to dissemble and reassemble a large Ikea futon and took the time to figure it out! Our second move with them and would hire again!

I used Sunny Movers when I relocated to the Bay Area six years ago, and called them again this summer when I planned to move back to my previous town. They were extremely efficient, helpful, friendly, and strategic about packing the truck so it saved us time on the other end. Would absolutely use them again!
