I decided to look on Angie's list after two companies i wanted were not available. This company offered a special for the first three hours, I did not have a lot to move...no dinette set, no appliances...just boxes, bins, tv stands, sofa set and two full bedroom sets. Everything was ready to move except for the beds. Based on previous moves, I felt this would take the movers no more than four hours total. I was sadly mistaken, these guys moved so slow!
Mrs. Scott you seem to have me confused, I am a lot of things but a liar I’m not. So for all the readers of her review here’s more for you to read, to get a clearer understand please read from the bottom to the top, Mrs.
My experience was that they did a good job of moving me. I own a business so what I am about to say is not to be taken lightly. Do not use this company. As a business owner, I had asked for the information to be put in writing as to not have any misunderstandings. Chuck was dismissive, unprofessional, discourteous, and rude. He also did not follow solid business practices. I truly believe he overcharged me for the service. I asked Tracey, his assistant for the information in writing as well, to no avail.
Mr. Ehler you were given a rate over the phone prior to you arrival to Ga. in which you agreed to, on the day of your unload we had four guys arrive to your location in Duluth, and we finished your move in less the two hrs so what you want was to pay only for the time we were there and I wouldn’t…
I called 20 minutes after the arrival window to get an update on their ETA as no one had shown as scheduled. At that time, I was told no one was coming due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but Chuck had gone out of state. No one called ahead of time to let me know the service would have to be rescheduled. I had taken a day off work to accomodate the move and wasted 5 hours of my day because a simple phone call was not made. On the day that we rescheduled, Chuck arrived by himself.

I only gave one star because zero stars arent available worst moving experience of my life and I've had about 20 . Guys were an hour and a half late was charged the minute they started backing in my driveway for then they proceeded to stand in my driveway for an hour and a half and talk on their cell phones while they waited for Chuck .

My experience with Chuck was terrible. His men arrived on time and not ready for work. They went over by 2.5 hours for which I was charged 115 an hour. The one guy Byron was good and professional. the second Emir was sloppy and slow. I have never seen a mover more unsuited for this work. He was constantly standing around with his hands in his pockets. Banging our furniture into my walls. And just in general a bad worker. i would never recommend Chuck to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional owner. They will lie to make a sale. Prices are unfair. They will exaggerate the work they do and charge you twice what an honest company would. Please use someone else and save yourself the trouble! Never have I been treated so rudely.
Based on the owner’s unprofessional and nasty comments to criticism about his business, I would be Erie’s him. I was looking as I have to move but his own nastiness prevented me from making that call.

The movers were nice and polite. However, every time I find another labeled box in the garage or downstairs that needs to be upstairs, I get a bit upset. Especially my daughter's baby furniture!
Mrs. Ivey I’m sorry you felt our service deserved a two star rating after unloading your truck and going to your storage loading and unloading it due to the a couple of boxes being put in the wrong location, but it is what it is, just wish you would have thought enough to contact us first, but…

These guys were fantastic!! I needed them quickly, w/little notice! They were responsive, polite, careful, and quick! My small move was finished in under 2 hours ..... and for a great price! Would highly recommend them and would def use them again!!
I have used Chuck's twice now. Both times they were on time or early, professional, friendly and so efficient. I would advise anyone needing a move to give Chuck a call. His prices were much less than other companies and his workers, and him, are so great to work with.
Chucks Moving & Delivery Service did an amazing job with my move. I had to get my hardwood floors treated and needed my furniture moved from the main level to the garage and then placed back in 48 hours. They were very gentle, did not drop, or damage any furniture. Nor did they scratch my floors. I appreciated their carefulness with my furniture and floors!

STL Beds Arnold Missouri needed a mattress delivered to our customer in Georgia ASAP. We contacted Chucks Moving & Delivery to accept the shipment of the mattress from FedEx Freight and deliver the big custom made king size mattress to our customer's home. They verified on my behalf that it was accepted in new condition and made a residential delivery to my customer's home. They unpackaged and installed it in the room of choice for Jamie.
