In their own words
Problem/scam One: “we need a smaller truck due to the bridges”, “we are going to have to charge you extra”. Had I not had my other mover right there with me telling me about this scam I probably would’ve had to pay the extra fee. An experienced moving company should know you can get a box truck into Dumbo Brooklyn via 287. With my other mover on speakerphone, all of a sudden the drivers were able to take a different route and they Dropped a small truck idea.

terrible customer service and overall interaction with the management. Called 2 weeks in advance, booked a move with fixed price, for 3 hr simple move if already disassembled and packed furniture, one bed and one table with chairs and miscellaneous boxes. From apartment to storage room with 1,3 miles distance to travel. Manager calls and jacks up price double - of what was agreed upon, claiming that his packing materials were USD 400.. disgusting management.

This is a 3 party moving company . You are not only paying them you are paying a moving company. They called me 24 hrs before I moved and upped my cost 2900 dollars . When I wrote a bad review they offered me 400 dollars to remove it . Than when I wouldn’t They said it was only 290 dollars more . So the way I see it they owe me 2600.still waiting for my over pay ,
With all due respect, we do not have any customer with such name. If you indeed had an experience moving with us, please provide us with more adequate information.
The move was scheduled for 8AM and the movers arrived after 9AM. I was quoted $900.00 for the move and wound up paying $1500.- What a GIANT RIPOFF. The 3 movers were OK. They asked me for a tip nd I explained to them that the tip was in the $1500.- that I paid. I would NOT recommend this company.
