In their own words
Horrible customer service. They'll always figure out a way to increase your bill. (Edit to reply: You have the contract in my wife's name BR delivered today. Check your records and voicemails) Initial contact was extremely positive and the salesperson was prompt in getting back to us. Finally, I thought a moving company that gives a hoot. Then after that things started to slip downhill. Pickup was 2 hours late and the movers couldn't get the largest piece (a large couch I put in the basement) out.
With all due respect, we do not have any customer with such name. If you indeed had an experience moving with us, please provide us with more accurate information including contract number.
