Called to book a move and very difficult to even get a response after 3 calls then asked the booking girl to mark the day I wanted she said it was available but I would have to sign a contract and I didn’t have a printer to receive iti told her I would call back the next morning because I had to go to work but I needed that moving day. So this morning I all her back and she basically says to bad I told you to sign that contract yesterday. What poor customer service and rude as well .
Thieves!! City moving did a military pack out for us and also decided to steal from us at the same time. They stole a number of electronics and other items. They did not fill out the moving inventory correctly and did not want to take …
Scheduled a move and signed a contract for City to move us.The day before our move they called me 3x. I called back 3 mins later and went to voicemail. Thought nothing of it since there wasn't a voicemail and I was busy signing for my house and packing. When I called the next day to see where they were, I was told they canceled my move, that they called me 5x and left a voicemail, which they did not.
Things seem to be taken from multiple places put in one box. Rolled up poster kept in nice conditioner rolled up folded and squished into a box. Very hard to find your things to rebuild your home. They also had me go around show them what not to pack and would decide to not pack random things and even when said this all packs would leave it not because it wasn't allowed to she would just decide.
Let's start from the beginning....She answered the phone by saying Yeah.....no Hello how are you or anything like the standard basics of professionalism a company offers...I asked about a estimate about a moving truck unloading...she replied we don't do that here....I responded okay thanks.....click
Government move they put remarks on every single item we own. 90% of our furniture is less than 3 years old. Our couch that was less than 2 years old was somehow "faded", kids loft beds bought 2 month prior were somehow "chipped, rubbed, …
I wish I was aware of the lack of care they provide. I would have never allowed the Army to store my furniture there for over a year. I am still missing items. Very disappointed in this facility
Rude and unprofessional. They are FCFS but do not expect to be unloaded first if u came first, they skip line and unload trucks in random.

They were professional, friendly, informative, and worked nonstop the entire day. What was originally scheduled to be a two-day packing job was completed in just one day because of their hard work, organization, and efficiency. Our packing team was Nadia, Amy, and Zay. They are amazing! They were quick and efficient. They were super polite as well. I watched my things get packed with care. One of the best packing teams we have ever had. 10/10 Our moving team was just as amazing! Dean, Cecil, and Ryan were polite and quick.
