In their own words
After several conversations talking with the shipper and confirming my address for pickup, date and time with days in advance and even that same morning, at the time of pick up they called me and said they couldn't make it "all the way to my address in Brooklyn and they needed to cancel". They gave me no alternatives or apologies. They hang up on me several times and didn't pick up the phone. They were terribly rude and unprofessional. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option!
This was an issue regarding a small shipment booked through Uship. The address provided to us was misrepresented as being in northern Manhattan rather than Brooklyn. We attempted to clarify the situation with Uship as we are a highly rated carrier on their platform.
BUYER Beware!!!. This company delivered our stuff. Art Deco lamps smashed! Broken glass tables, broken hinges off door. This company is a scam. Never use them
