They were late and damaged several pieces of furniture in the moving process. When we called to try and talk to management about this, they were rude and attempted to blame us for the damage. Would not recommend.

I would give them 100 stars if I could! Can’t say enough positive things about my experience. Immediately called me about my move and took the time to listen - help me immediately and came the same day (wow!) to help me out with a special move I needed in my home for my son who is 7.5 years old. He wasn’t sleeping in his downstairs room so the team helped me move his bedroom closer to where I sleep. He’s so happy now and even while the guys were moving the furniture, they spoke to my kids and made them smile.
Had a great experience with Malik and his team. They were fast, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. They were also very careful with my belongings. Moving can be very stressful, but they made it feel easy. Highly recommend!
I recently had to travel out of state to handle my parents' estate and prepare the house for sale, which required some last-minute help moving large and bulky items. I reached out to Diamond Moves NY, and Malik responded promptly, calling me early the next morning. Despite the short notice, he and Taj were able to schedule a move for the very next day. They handled items from both the second floor and the basement efficiently and with care.
Five stars for Diamond Moves! I can't say enough good things about Malik and Dante: they made my move an absolute breeze from start to finish. It was a rainy day, which could have easily complicated things, but they came fully prepared with bags and a dolly to protect everything and keep the process smooth and efficient. That level of preparation made a huge difference and showed they really know what they're doing.
