CLASS A MOVING

Please do not get this unprofessional, harassing inconsiderate mover yes his people moved our stuff but broke things as well we went 24 min over the 2hr mark and he wanted us to pay for a full hr no not happening and we moved more then half the stuff with there help. I paid him what u owed him no more no less and after we paid him he has been threatening us nonstop since saying, he knows where we live.

I highly recommend NOT hiring these movers. Driver and assistant appeared to be in a bad mood tossin/slamming my boxes I had to tell one of them to please be careful. Once everything was done, I had BROKEN and MISSING items also. I called the owner, he just brushed my issue aside.

I booked an appt through the Uhaul website for a moving company. I chose Class A moving company. It turned into the biggest mistake of my life! When I originally booked online it asked if I wanted morning, afternoon, or evening. I chose the morning. Bryan from Class A Moving called me 2 min after booking. He asked if there was a way I could do 12pm instead (which is the afternoon). Bryan mentioned that they were completely booked and he is trying to juggle 25 guys and wants to do everything in a timely manner.

Everything was great until after the move. The guys went over 3 hrs, the son informed me to close out the uhaul contract and provide him with the confirmation information and the son would cover the extra hr worked. Brian kept calling me and harassing me. Cussing stating I owe him 3 hrs. I paid the extra 2 hrs and I even gave them furniture. He called me threatening me and telling me he's firing his kid and the movers yet he's the crazy one. I paid the extra time and had to block him.

*edited in response to the owner response* I should have listened to other reviewers about damaged furniture. The guys that came were nice but they were extremely rough with all of my furniture and walls. There were multiple big holes that needed to be repaired in my walls. My t.v. stand in my living room was destroyed. When I talked to the mover he said the owner would replace it. When the owner called he said "its particle board and it crumbled in my guys hands so its not even worth the $25 I would give you.

Maybe he was having a bad day but I found Brian to be super defensive and aggravated and unreasonable. He told me I was screaming at him when I didn’t even have a chance to say but a few words. And have witnesses that I was not by any means screaming When I booked the reservation I was told that three men would arrive on the 23rd at 9 and that I had prepaid for 3 hours but they would access the situation when they arrived and add more hours if needed.

I was hung up on by a very rude man when attempting to schedule a last minute moving through U-Haul. They were marked as available in the app but someone called me quickly after I booked to let me know they weren’t staffed for the job and would need several hours to coordinate a crew. I explained that I understood the challenges of organizing these things with very short notice, but that I already had the truck and was only going off of what U-Haul was telling me, so if they weren’t available, that’s fine, I’d…

Horrible service !!! This company sends out the wrong size truck, damage your property & then fails to acknowledge most of the damage. If the damage is acknowledged they offer you 60 cents per lb to cover the damage. That's laughable. During my move many of my new to like new items were damaged. One piece was damaged so bad that the company offered to fix the item for me. That's was 11/30/15, it is now 3/16/16 and I still haven't relieved my item back.
