Visited the store to look at the homes. They had very nice options. Talked to a salesman named Anthony who told us that we needed to bring a qualification letter from the bank and a copy of the deed so he could give us a qoute. So today me and my wife drove an hour to the store with the papers he asked us to bring. We got there at 445 and there was a sign on the door that said they were closing at 5 today (normal closing is 6).
If I could even rate 0 stars that's what his business would deserve. I explained up front that I was wanting to look at only 1 home- (Since they closed in 30 minutes). I was directed towards one home. It was locked. NOT ONE of these "Gentleman" -more like pretenscous snobs were interested in assisting me. If you close at 5 pm, why do you stop helping customers at 430pm?? Well, you be sure and have a blessed day now,!
Donna, thank you for your honest review. It seems our people are a little overwhelmed at our Mocksville model center since we started advertising the 3 bedroom 2 bath home for $105,000 (plus what we spend on land) at that location and we're taking steps to improve our customer's experience.

From the start, he was super easy to talk to, patient, and really took his time making sure I understood everything without ever making me feel overwhelmed or rushed. He answered all my questions (and I had many), stayed on top of communication throughout the process, and simply made the whole journey feel way less stressful than I anticipated.
