Snow plow obviously damaged my camper, owner won't even talk to customer. Desk worker can't (or won't) do anything. If you want to keep things safe while you store them go elsewhere.
Spent $20 wort of salt and 40 minutes of chiseling to get into my “sealed locker” on top of the insane rudeness from the woman who lives / works in the lockers. Do not store here.
Worst customer service ever! It literally ruins my day whenever I have to deal with the woman at the front desk. She is incompetent and lacking in basic people skills. She acts as if you are interrupting her and that you are an inconvenience when you just want to do something as simple as pay your rent!!! Looking to move my belongings and telling everyone I can DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
The time of 24 months my rent was raised 4 times. It starred at 139, and 2 months after I started renting they raised it to 149...another 5 months later to 159, and now they just raised it to 179. And at the worst time too, after my husband had surgery and can't help me move all my stuff out. This is highway robbery designed to make you abandon your unit :/

This company treats people with disrespect as if they mean nothing. They will not address issues, answer phones, and yell at you and try to hang up on you when you are trying to get answers. They are horrible. DO NOT rent here!!!!!!
Changed ownership in middle of my lease. Trying to impose a $12 a month insurance fee. I was tenant for 15 - 16 years and this is disappointing

Moving is hard. Finding space for all of your things can be harder. Tom at ClearHome has been an absolute DREAM to work with. We feel so taken care of and he has made an extremely stressful process a little less heavy. I cannot say enough positive things about this place and Tom.
They often have deals going where you'll get a free first month's rent or something of that sort. It's a very big place and they have many different sizes available. They also rent trucks to help with all of your moving needs.
