The movers were punctual and polite. That's the only good thing I can say about this unprofessional company. The communication was terrible. The movers were not told about the house furniture that needed to be moved as well as our storage unit. In the middle of our move my husband received a call from the office stating our move could not be completed same day. We would have to wait 48 hours to finish our move! They had another move that afternoon. WHAT??? Was our move not important?

Hey Carole, I am very sorry that you feel this way. I have offered to send a professional cleaner in to clean the box spring. I also offered to send in a professional furniture repair man to repair any damage. We truly have tried to repair everything.

Hey Jessica, As we stated over the phone this was transported by ABF. When I was speaking to your husband he was going to call ABF and see what their procedure is for claims. We ended the call on good terms and I asked him to call us back with an update from ABF, it was far from being rude.

Kayla, This is the first time you have mentioned absolutely any damages to me. I offered you $60 dollar discount for the guys having to get gas. We always fill up on Mondays, we used more than an average amount of gas that week. I am very sorry they usually stop before the house if this happens.
If I could give this place a zero I would! Worst experience ever! Drop my husband’s air compressor and broke it! Threw everything in the basement! Awful ! Worst experience ever! I do not recommend!
Our crew placed all the items in the basement where you requested them to be placed in the bottom left half of the basement. Before we left the guys asked if everything you wanted was placed where it needed to be.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dan's. From the initial call, when they worked with a very narrow set of dates and times that we needed, through the delivery, everything was just what we needed. The crew was fast, professional, courteous, and kind. They got everything done in less than the estimated time. I would use them again any and every time!!!!
We have used Dan’s Moving Van several times to help move family members and they always knock it out of the park. They are prompt, careful and never leave until we are completely satisfied with the placement of our belongings. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend this company for all your moving needs! They work with you to ensure all of your belongings are moved safely and efficiently. None of my items were damaged, and the service was quick! The employees communicated well and kept me in the loop the whole time!
First off…. I got to talk to Nick to schedule…. Great conversation and he made everything clear up front. Then cam the three young men that showed up to my house…. Very polite and professional. We offered to buy them lunch while we were going through and working, I believe they may have eaten a bit, but I wish I was more clear that we bought the food for them and they were welcome to bring it home with them. Good overall experience and excellent company to bring aboard. I’m happy I made the call to them.
