Pat's was recommended to me by several people on Facebook. I messaged them over Facebook set a time & the price was just right. We were set up & the day of moving, the movers were 2 hours late. I called at noon since that was the schedule time they were suppose to come, I was told they would call me. Finally at 1:30 I receive a call saying they're on their way. I'm then told my 2 hour job isnt a 2 hour job, which I was okay with & was prepared for it to take a little longer.

The movers tore apart our sleep number bed including ripping and tearing the fabric and destroying it which makes it unusable. All 8 of our tv's were destroyed because they put them on their side (even though tv moving boxes say, DO NOT PLACE ON SIDE) and they used fabric furniture and wood items against other things that rubbed the whole trip and ruined wood furniture, destroyed a vanity and more that is easier to replace.
Im supposed to be getting furniture delivered today. I was also supposed to get a call last night on a delivery time. Still no word from anyone. Guess they expect me to sit at home all day because they cant even make a phone call.
Jennifer, if you had purchased from one our retail contracts, they are the ones who coordinate a call the evening before and you work directly with them, not Pat's Movin' and Haulin', LLC. We are simply contracted through them to deliver pieces of furniture.
It's very sad to see companies say the can do a job and then ghost you! By the way this isn't the first company to do this is our area. Communication is key!
I had hired these guys to move my furniture. They were fighting half the time they were tossing things around and damaged a few of my priceless picture

From day one of working with Fox Valley Moving it has been a very easy process. Jared was the one who I communicated with to book the moving crew. He was kind and very communitive. Anthony and Tim were very easy to work with. They were efficient and careful with all of our belongings. They wrapped all of the furniture with care. They were great as a team. I would highly recommend Fox Valley moving.
My wife and I recently relocated from Oshkosh to Ironwood, MI with the help of Jared and his team. The crew was courteous and professional, and Jared was a pleasure to work with. We ended up needing a second truck to get the move done, and they made it work at the last minute - an impressive feat considering the amount of stuff we needed moved! I'd happily recommend Fox Valley Moving to anyone needing help with their move.
Fox Valley Moving arrived ahead of time, well informed with the tasks, preparation for all tasks, and preforming above expectations. I have spent my work life on and leading electrical crews. I know a top performing team when I see one. I will use Fox Valley Moving for all future moves, and anytime manpower and transportation is required.
