Do NOT NOT trust their reviews - they'll give you a discount for a review!!! Overall bad experience and very unprofessional business owner & practices. Like others - we too were given an 8-11am time frame - which apparently means closer to Noon start time as well as making sure that they "TAKE TIME" which cost us even more $$. We only had furniture for them to move and it wasn't much.

My experience with Muberr was a mixed bag that keeps sliding down hill. The original customer service and professionalism was great. I had them both pack and move my household. The packing went fine, or so I thought. Moving day was a 15 hour nightmare that still isn't over, days later.. not only was most of my furniture damaged, nothing was put back together, not even my bed. The first night in my new house I had to sleep on my couch.

12 days, three phone calls with promises the owner Chris will call within 30 minutes. Still waiting. Used this company last Nov without issue and clearly thought they did a wonderful job. But I might as well tell you at that time if I Google rated them high I got 5% discount so of course people will rate high for the 5% off. Anyway good luck to those who try to use these folks. AND: Is your online quoting system routing elsewhere where I couldn't get a quote or a call 13 days ago?

Hello, we’d like to start with saying we welcome your feedback but it’s not the size of the home how long the move will take. Rather the items inside. We quoted 8 hours labor and one hour travel to your location. The items were delivered 1 hour away from the starting address.

We welcome all feedback, for starters the drive way wasn't finished and it was all mud. We weren't prepared to deliver to a home that had a mud driveway which is why we didn't have booties for our shoes.

Hello Natasha you were not overcharged by hundreds of dollars in fact we added 2 extra guys to speed up the process at no additional cost to you. We understand there was an accident and there was damage however you were refunded and time was paused during that time as reflected on your invoice.
I was told initially it would cost 258.00 for less than an hours work.Now it's 358.00 to move a couple items.What a rip off.I would never use them again
Kimberly, you already paid $100 deposit so your remaining total was $258 after deposit. You were told how much the cost was upfront. I am more than happy to send you our phone call recording when you originally booked our service.
