Had made arrangements to have a store moved from 2 location to the next. During the quote process we gave them approximately how many boxes and filing cabinets needing to be moved. The team showed up late and came with 1 dolly. This adds …
Rating of 0!!! As a property manager of a 55+ community, on 2 occasions I have asked the movers to please not block the roadways coming into the community. One snapped back, "There is another entrance right? They can use that one." This also blocked residents' driveways. I told him they can't be blocked as emergency vehicles need to move freely through the property. He said, "It's no big deal" As I called the main office, they sat in the truck and laughed at me and mocked me.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use Two men and a truck. Supposed to arrive between 2:30 and 4:30. Arrived at 4:45 after I had taken off of work to meet them at 2:30. No phone call, (I had to call them) and no apologies, no discounts. $180 for 50 minutes of furniture relocation. The two movers themselves were pleasant and hardworking, but told us they were making only $10 per hour. I was told the General Manager would be contacting me... still waiting... .
I haven't hired 2 men and a truck myself, but was sad that they REFUSED to wear a mask when working in my sisters home for a short period of time. They were also offered new masks and refused them. Their "about" page says that they are following coronavirus recommendations. Apparently, that's not true in Green Bay. I myself will never hire this company for anything, as there is now zero trust.
Called yesterday.. was told someone would call me back.. Nope.. called this morning.. same thing.. someone will call you back sir. Nope.. 3 hours later.. Nope.. will not use your company again..very poor customer service.. Do your research folks.. other companies out there.and maybe for less money..
I reiterate another comment on here, DON'T USE TWO MEN IN A TRUCK. They are extremely disorganized. They promised me a date and time and when I called to confirm it a week before, they had no idea what I was talking about. Considering how …
Didn't have the best experience. The move should have taken 1/2 as long and ended up being 2X more than a competitor that offered a flat fee for the day. Shoot! Perhaps this was just an odd thing with my move...

Wow! Fantastic and professional!!! These gentlemen moved my daughter today and both were absolutely great and arrived right on time. Each had a great sense of humor which made the move virtually pain free. They were super careful with everything. Thank you!
This is the first time I’ve hired movers to move. I think the price is fair r. They worked hard the whole time trying to get it done as fast as they could. Went above and beyond. Made sure big furniture was where I wanted it. Put my bed back together and my desk. Even took my tv off the wall and carried two heavy doors from my new place to the garage. Excellent service. I will definitely use them again for my next move! Thanks guys!
Not many that work at Two Men and a truck actually care about the customers and customers personal properties A lot of reason to that is there’s a lot of young men that work at two men and a truck thankfully one of the truck drivers for Two Men and a Truck I believe his name was Aaron seemingly kept the other men on track and consistently gave calm but Stern reminders to the others about respectfully and patiently packing hauling the customers properties.

I would like to publicly apologize for the review I gave on yelp. I heard from the rep and that person explained to me that you shouldn't do a review if you only got a quote, it's only if you used them. I am grateful they explained how yelp works, I'm new at this so I didn't understand how it works. I was upset, because I never thought moving from one apartment in my building to another would cost so much, I never used a mover before. I would still use them, because my friend said they did an excellent job.
