Although the storage facility is new and clean and well priced.....there is No after hours contact info for emergencies posted anywhere in the facility, nor on the website. The lock on our unit would not open with the keys they provided. We were trying to get our belongings on a Saturday around 6 p.m. and could not open our unit. No response to our email for assistance and the telephone was answered by a answering machine. I feel this is poor and very inadequate customer service. We had rented a truck etc.
Red, we apologize for your inconvenience during your stay with us if there’s anything that we could do to make it up to you if you are still in the area, we would love to get your feedback.
UPDATE: recently the storage facility had a company come in and sandblast all of the paint off of the floors. They’ve yet to clean up the dust in the hallways so if you have respiratory problems or dust allergies, you might want to wear a mask inside. I’ve never been disappointed with this company, but unfortunately, now I am contemplating moving out. Side-note: boxes and other items in my storage have a layer of dust all over them. Sunny, the manager tries to dust and mop the floors.

I visited several storage facilities before choosing Clearwater Storage, and this one was by far the best. The facility is climate controlled, clean, safe, and very reasonably priced compared to the others I looked at. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. I’ve had my unit for several years now and have been very happy with my entire experience. I highly recommend Clearwater Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable storage facility.

A second time customer that trust Clearwater Storage with my possessions. The facility is always cool, clean and smells good. I had the pleasure today of meeting a very respectable young man named Sunny R. who is hands down phenomenal. He gave me a tour and his presentation of explaining the contract in which he explained would take 15 minutes but it was less than 15 minutes. Every detail was clear and explained and after each part he asked did I have any questions.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave this review and for choosing Clearwater Storage. Sunny is an incredible part of our team and goes above and beyond for our customers every day. We’re lucky to have him and grateful to have you as a customer!
We searched for a storage unit for overflow from our home. We chose to investigate Clearwater Storage. Several characteristics stood out from others we researched. We loved the 24 hour access, since you never know when you need to add that one item, or find that one box you need. We loved the overall cleanliness of the facility and particularly, here in Florida, the climate control. Spacious, neat and tidy, close by, and 24 hour access is a perfect choice!

I love this place Sunny is amazing !! You probably don't know this but rabbits tend to keep a lot of junk. I could just throw it in the hole but I like to keep mine above ground so I have chosen Clearwater Storage as my safe-haven. It's clean, cool and rodent free. Each time I come back my stuff is in the exact same spot I put it in. I just can't say enough good things about these people !!! 🐰
