For the last couple of months the door to drive into the building has been broken, with no way to get my truck in and get things in or out but yet I’m still paying the same price as of I had access to my things, will be going to a different company
Jordan, we apologize for the inconvenience but the doors need custom panels which required extra time for delivery. However we are assisting all tenants with entry into the building. We have a manager onsite from 10:00am-9:00pm every day except holidays to assist with entry into the building.
Told 24 hour security… catalytic converter stolen. Supposedly the said security was up north for a month. We haven’t even been here a year and we get notice they’re increasing our rent from $175 to $200!
Patti, we sincerely apologize for this isolated incident. We have 43 security cameras posted on site. Unfortunately these kind of incidents happen in Self Storage but we take keeping our tenants' belonging secure and protected very seriously.
UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged $2,000 for the move on Nov 9th. They had told me they would charge $1,500 for the compete move. Which I paid the full charge of the $2,000 for the move on November 9th. The move was done and paid for. Then on November 28th I was charged $1,492.00 then on December 2nd my credit card was charged again another $1,492.00.PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

I made reservations with them a month ahead of time, and received numerous phone calls asking was I keeping my reservation, then when I get there, they don’t price match and they only will honor military discount after 3 months… but on their website it stated they price match and do military discount… I was told to go to the other facility which is just storage which doesn’t do military or price match and it was still 50% cheaper for 10x10 unit with climate control, first floor… Clover storage is charging twice as…

Don’t rent from here it use to be good but now at 6pm as I was trying to leave from a brief visit to my unit I found myself locked in the yard with no way out because it was raining and later was told that it affects the auto gate from opening! By the grace of God another tenant was out there and had a lock code they gave him for emergencies.You would think they would give all there paying tenants that code but no they didn’t.I have paid these people up three months in advance and will never rent from them again…

The best storage prices in town. I can go on and on but there's not enough space on this page. The customer service, the front desk help and the extra care and service when all your business is done. All the staff at Clover self storage on Schoolcraft are extremely friendly. They are all very helpful and they take the time to explain everything. Also this storage area is very clean. Because of the way I was treated, I plan on staying a long time
