DONT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY LIE, STEAL AND GASLIGHT! They send 3rd Party Movers and give you a new contract with higher prices after half your things are packed on their truck. They will hold your things hostage for weeks even afterwards. Give you a random window of 5 business days to drop your things off. They are notorious for holding your things hostage until you pay their inflated rates. Oh and we had money and cards stolen from us. We had transactions in Jersey when we’re heading to SC.

I called and left 6 messages trying to schedule a delivery and never got a call back. I left messages with supervision and never got a call back. I had to go through a 3rd party to get it scheduled. On top of that, I have never had more stuff damaged during a move than with them. Out of 7 moves, this was by far the worst service.

Absolutely worst company to deal with They give you an estimate and then it’s doubled the day they show up .The workers worked hard and curtious but were difficult to understand plus they sub contract to other movers so your not dealing with same person twice. Buyer beware DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Military Family Moving from Columbia, SC all the way to Hawaii: We literally only needed Coastal Moving to store our ONE COUCH while we move overseas. All they had to do was come to our house on time, pick up one couch and store it. They were schedule to come to our home at 8am. They arrived at 6:30PM that night. They then realized that they did not bring a truck large enough for our couch and would have to come back the next day. The man told me he would be back at 8 am the next day.

The worst moving experience we have experienced as of yet as a military family. The ladies who packed us up did an excellent job, but it was all down hill from there unfortunately. The day they came to pick up our household goods, one of the movers knocked over the box that our 60 inch TV was sitting in. They also managed to destroy a brand new desk of ours even before they got it out of the house.

Already at 2 stars and they haven't even moved us out yet. They came to our house last week to check out what we had and cut the first day off of the move. Got a call at 8am when they were supposed to be here and the said they they would be here at noon. At 2pm they were still packing the a different house that they booked in place of our first day. Our renters move in three days and our house is not even started to be moved out.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Zero stars! This is the worst company ever! They lie they cheat and they scam. I was told repeatedly I could cancel my contract at any time. When I just attempted to cancel it Ryan told me to read my contract that I signed that I only had 72 hours to cancel. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. The packers from the Columbia, SC location who packed my house literally just threw as much stuff in boxes as they could and taped them up. Half of our boxes didn't even have an inventory number, our name or any kind of description. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I ALSO DISCOVERED THAT MONTEZ STOLE FROM ME. I had a box with some spare change and a couple hundred bucks in my dresser that I totally forgot to keep off to the side to take with me.
