Damaged my items, broken my glassware, showed up unprepared, extremely unprofessional, and low balled me in reimbursing me for my good that they damaged. Please don't hire them.

Hello, unfortunately I do not have any recollection of your service request or contact. All calls or requests for service are answered immediately or definitely within 24 hours. What you described never occurs for any of my actual customers.
They are terrible. Don’t do it !! Gave us a quote then changed the price (increased)! They put our items in storage and did not utilize the space properly. There was no walk way to see what was in the storage. Boxes, glass items and …
Hey Ms. Finley, I apologize for your experience with us. My guys loaded the storage the way there were trained, front to back top to bottom. Stacking furniture in storages with walk ways is very dangerous as unsupported items can topple over.
If you have an opportunity to shop around please do. I moved 2 locations and storage. They were more concerned about time not quality and I have proof. Still waiting for owner to contact me. Understanding a situation that came up with family . When he has said he was going to call or text still nothing . Waiting for this to be resolved if not I will include details of this very hard and very expensive move . I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I don’t want what happened to me happen to anyone else .

The team arrived on time and were incredibly professional and friendly. They handled all my belongings with care and made sure everything was securely packed. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and efficiency. They worked quickly without compromising quality, which made the whole move feel seamless.

My sister and I had furniture to move from a uhaul truck to a storage unit. We called another company not going to name that company and he told us a quote for a two man job. Before he got there he had an attitude when he found out the storage wasn’t outdoor then when he got there it was only him and a female and then when he saw my nephew he wanted to use him to help and charge full price still. I said no and let him go. We where SOO hurt and in despair.
