Worst moving company we have ever dealt with! Very unprofessional. We had so many damaged items as well as a few missing items. The boxes were packed horribly with just random stuff from different rooms thrown together. No organization what so ever. They had a paper cutter packed with my TV with the blade side actually on the TV. They packed a $600 wall hanging with a dresser mirror and didn't remove the screws from the mirror so the screws sliced the picture all up.

Hands down the worst customer service possible. Coastal estimated my shipment at 11,000 pounds and, despite my repeated insistence that it was, in fact, 12,500 (I might have moved 8 times in the last 12 years) pounds, they set everything up for 11,000. When the truck showed up with space for 11,000 pounds, surprise of the century, our shipment didn't fit!! Now I'm stuck with an overflow shipment... such fun! Day two of trying to load started with me making 11 phone calls over the course of 4 hours.

The absolute WORST experience I have ever experienced with a military move. All 3 phases, packing, loading, and unloading were terrible experiences. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If this is your provided contract for a PCS move, reach out to the coordinator and BEG to have them switch companies. The packers were 3 hours late and only stayed for an hour and a half on day 1.

I don't know where to start and where to end. first of all when they came to pack my stuff they brought low quality packing materials, then they packed it very poorly. those tapes also wasn't sticking on the box it was up from both ends. they said i can't ship things that has liquid and dry foods, okey that's fine. so I put my non shippable items aside and my handbag. so that they do not mix it up.

They were hired through the military to move our house. I had called our moving manager more than once while they were there to complain. One thing being that as soon as they walked into my house the lady immediately asked to use my microwave to heat up some food, as well as asked me if I had any ranch in my fridge she could use. She proceeded to eat her bbq wings the entire time she packed my kitchen. Fast forward one month and we get our household goods here in Alabama.

Negative reviews if I could.First off, I agree with all the negative reviews..Phil, May 28th, Brent Barbee etc..this company is trash and treated all of our belongings like trash. They were professional. But trash. Broke most of all our furniture, placed them in the rooms in a very weird way..we couldn't even access our guest room because they literally placed night stands and dressers in the doorway..dumped our bed linen on top of the bed and then our large tv on top of it.

They damaged so many of our things, things that we've collected over the years, things that may not mean much value in money but means a lot to us. They are the worst Packers I've ever seen. A lot of our stuff was just thrown into boxes all mixed up together so a lot of little items ended up broken. They didn't properly packed a lot of my husband's things that he had collected over the 20 years of being in the USMC so many items are broken or missing parts.

My partner is in the military, and this is the company we were provided to service our move. It was one of the worst experiences. The movers took almost 12 hours to pack and move onto the truck a living room, kitchen, garage, bedroom, and bathroom. The "head" worker took at least 30 minutes out of that time to complain to us about how little he got paid and how he was looking forward to finding another job.
