T&T Moving and Packing - Savannah Movers

EDIT: I am updating my review because of the damages to my property caused by carelessness of T&T plus the lack of accountability regarding my damaged property. They are NOT authorized by the FMCSA to transport Household Goods--see image. I was instructed to text images of the damaged items and the condition that my storage unit was left in by T&T for documentation. But after sending images for only two items and the state of my unit, my messages stopped delivering, and they never responded.

This company gets a Negative 1 to the tenth power. I don’t like thieves I paid a $100 deposit to secure a move and then my application for the property I was gonna move to was denied. I called and cancelled with TNT and was told I would be refunded. I have called them 4 separate times about my refund and told it was being processed. Today 7/16/26 I called and no answer received a call back and the gentleman said that I wouldn’t get a refund because it was last minute. I hate Savannah this place is garbage.

They broke a $600 chair in half and offered 60 cents per pound as an insurance policy. There was also a hidden transport fee that wasn’t mentioned. It took 5 phone calls over the course a month to get a hold of anyone to get answers about the status of our “claim”. If you use them, pray they don’t break anything because it’ll be gone for good. The overwhelmingly positive reviews are deceptive as well as they offer a $20 discount for every positive review (up to 6) that you leave.

I am really disappointed with the service I received. The two gentlemen you sent worked very hard, but it was clear they did not have much experience moving, and it took them hours longer than it should have to help pack and move my one-bedroom apartment. They also broke my couch. The arm of the couch was detachable, and they did not remove it before taking it out the door. The arm of my couch caught on the door and fell off, which messed up the bracket.

Very disappointing experience. I issued payment in good faith based on the address provided on their W‑9, and when it was discovered the address was incorrect (on their end), I reissued the check via overnight delivery. It was ultimately delivered and cleared. Despite this, the company charged my personal credit card multiple times without authorization while they were unavailable to accept the properly issued payment. This happened even while there was ongoing communication with their finance leadership.

Update: Originally I wrote a positive review because the move was going okay and I was told I would receive a small discount for a 5-star review. But I’m adjusting my review because the movers significantly damaged a wall during our move. And when my wife contacted T&T about it, she was told to send a photo and the claims department would get back to us. We followed up one time since then and still haven’t heard back 6 weeks later. I would not recommend using this moving company.

Not sure who I spoke with but VERY RUDE! NO COMMUNICATION, NO CLARITY ON SERVICES OFFERED..He gave me a call back and I was confused on who it was because I made other call backs for other companies. When I tried to explain this to the rep, he hung up in my face and left me confused as to why he had the unnecessary attitude. I called back of course asking what their prices were and he quickly said “we don’t rent trucks, have a good day..and hung up in my face once again!!
