I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would not use them again. The movers arrived at approximately 9:20 AM and finished moving everything around 2:45 PM with the final contract being signed at 3:26 PM and the movers departing afterward. Despite this, I was initially billed for 8 hours of work, which does not add up based on the timeline.

It was average at best I would say. I called about 8 different moving companies and got whitest from all of them. Mover Dans were among the most expensive, so I expected top quality. They said they would be there between 8 AM and 10 AM which to begin with is a fairly large window. They got there at 10:45 with 2 men and then said one more was on the way. He got there at 11. I showed them around the place and all of us got to work.

Although the movers were courteous and professional in behavior, that does not negate the fact that multiple pieces of my furniture were severely damaged including the entry above my door and the wall going upstairs. I am very upset about the damage done to my furniture and home. In addition, I was not asked where I wanted certain pieces of my furniture to be placed, leaving me to have to move heavy furniture where I wanted it placed after they left.

We recently moved and were unable to get on Mover Dan's schedule. They recommended we use BC Brothers Moving which was an unmitigated disaster. Ripped sofas, mangled coffee table, broken chairs. Almost everything we own was damaged or destroyed. No pads, furniture dragged, nothing secured, missing promised mattress protectors and packing material, 45 minutes late... DISASTER.
We are terribly sorry to hear you had a poor experience with your move. When we are not able to provide service we always try to provide good recommendations for other local companies. The company has always had a good track record in the past when we have recommended them to customers and friends.

Communication from the office was excellent! They answered all my questions and responded promptly. Jeff and KJ did a great job with the physical move. They had a "can do" attitude and had our belongings loaded up quickly and carefully. They were polite and worked extremely hard the whole time they were with us. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I know who I will call! Highly recommend!

KJ and his team did an excellent job overall with our local move. They were efficient and wrapped our furniture with plenty of blankets in the truck. We maxed out the space available (not the responsibility of the pack team) but a bit frustrating after sending videos to move planners of what was to be sent. One item was damaged (fell off the truck during unloading), but it was handled quickly and satisfactorily during the final billing. Bill was more than originally estimated, but still a good value.

If I could give Mover Dan more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our family was put into an emergency situation, and with my wife being **seven months pregnant**, we suddenly had to move from a fourth-floor apartment to a first-floor unit. We called **over 30 moving companies**, and Mover Dan stood out from the very beginning. Sheila was incredible. She answered every call, returned calls promptly when she was helping other customers, and worked tirelessly to squeeze us into their schedule on very short notice.

We are so glad we hired Mover Dan for our recent move! We couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Moving can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but Danny's calm demeanor immediately put us at ease. Danny + Aaron did an incredible job packing and moving all of our belongings.
