Movers beware!!!!! This married 2 person team showed up 3 hrs late! Atleast 3 pieces of nice furniture broken! 1 coffee table smashed beyond repair! Leg broken off of dresser. I’m soooo disappointed with this company. We did the heavy packing of house. Nathan asked me 6x about the payment code throughout job! Don’t let the southern drawal make you think that they can handle big moves and treat your furniture with care. They costs us over 800$ in damaged furniture pieces. Plus they’re very expensive.
I'm sorry for your inconvenience and hope U-Hauls insurance covers your load but we asked you guys to have 40 moving blankets for your load and you had none and we let you know this before we started loading your furniture and you said to load it up anyways so we followed your orders and did what…
A non-company. They are using the name of an established different company which is Next Generation" different spelling. This non-company made plans in advance for my move. Had everything ready. The day before he, Nathan Dryden, said he needed to move up my pickup early by 2 hours. I said okay. The evening before he also emailed me asking me - : Where he should he pick up a truck! He originally told me he would have a truck.

THEY WERE A NO SHOW!! Beware of this company. We had hired them for 10am. They rescheduled twice that day for various reasons including the fact that they needed to “nap” because of an ordeal they had with their phone. They promised us that they would take care of us and make it up for rescheduling for 4pm now. They texted me at 345pm stating they were on their way but asked if we wanted to reschedule yet again for the next day. I said no because I had the truck till 830am the next day.

They were a no show three days in a row. Even promised they would show up on day three. Both employees guaranteed they would show up. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE OF THE DISHONESTY.

Very fast friendly and considerate. Very quick responses before move. On time for show up very respectful, covered the whole house with blankets so no damages. Hard workers and amazimg family. Took things apart to make sure they could fit and put everything together That was taken apart. Highly recommend them and very well priced.

Great experience with Nathan and Madison and NXT. We've used them twice and both times we could not be more pleased with their work. Communication was superb. They were on time and worked hard to get us moved. I have nothing but great things to say about both moves and it's been a load off my mind to know they're going to take care of us during the challenging times of moving to a new house. Highly recommend!
