Would not recommend. I have been using this business for over a year, I had to cancel my appointment due to a scheduling/medical issue one time and the owner would not refund me my money back when I canceled WEEKS prior to the appointment. At the time of my appointment there was not a no refund policy but that is something new the owner now has in play because she does not want to refund anybody their money back. Beware of the way the owner treats loyal customers.
You manipulated your refund policy to benefit yourself on an employee dispute. You are a thief and I am owed a refund and I’ll spend thousands If I have to warn others of the thief and fraud you are!

Let me tell you, she really pays attention to the details and makes sure the job gets done right, all while being super efficient. She's also really laid-back and easy to chat with. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was like catching up with a friend while getting my waxing done. Love the hard aloe wax! I have sensitive skin and hard aloe hurts less and doesn't react as much as honey wax or strips. Booking online is a breeze, the prices are great, and the ladies are sweet, professional, and easy to talk to. Got waxed by Heather and will definitely go back.
