Would leave 0 stars if it allowed. When we were packed out the packers said the movers would finish packing on moving day and we trusted them… Then we got a call from the driver asking us to move everything downstairs so it’s ready to go ( no moving company has ever asked us to do the work for them before)…. So we did it. On moving day they did not “pack” the rest of our stuff so we ended up having to scramble and bring move with us resulting in maxing out our load.
I would not use this company to move. They damaged a great deal of our belongings. The move was delayed at multiple time points as well. Rod also under estimated our move by thousands of pounds costing thousands of dollars extra.
Truck AVL20927 8:30 AM on I five literally ran this lady off of the road as he was trying to merge into her lane, but there was not enough room and he forced himself in her lane, causing her to swerve on the freeway. I don’t know if it’s the company itself or who they’re renting to, but they’re gonna have a lawsuit on their hands if people keep driving like this
today at 10:35 a trucker ran me off the road onto the shoulder as I was merging on to 167 in federal way WA going north toward Kent/Auburn I nearly crashed at 7 1/2 months pregnant with the reckless and disturbing driving of the orange trailer with a driver who could careless about others on the road!
The movers damaged the home we sold and eight months later, even though we purchased full insurance we are still trying to get their insurance people to handle the claim.
