I NEVER write reviews, but there is no way I could not write this one if only to help someone else avoid the worst moving experience I have ever had. writing to share the full details of the most moving experience I have ever had. I hired Coleman for a move from Central Florida to South Florida in 2021 and had a great experience. This was the reason I choose Coleman for this move. There were numerous things that went wrong from day one of the move.

do not use this location! TANIA was my move coordinator - she was only in it for the commission, was not listening to the inventory of my move (we did a phone call and a video call walkthrough) and added numerous items on my quote that were not in the inventory for the move. CHECK YOUR QUOTES!! Tania also added a $600 shuttle fee for my move, when a regular truck was able to fit. It was a long process to get that $600 removed from the quote before booking the move.
On December 5th, they came to drop off my unaccompanied baggages which were supposed to be 5 boxes. Mind you I live in the dorms. They asked me if I need help unpacking, I said yes. They came up with a whole pallet, dropped it big box in the middle of the room while the one in charged is rushing me to sign the paper. I was left disappointed but I brushed it off. Then I spent 10 mns trying to open that big box to get to my actual boxes… when I opened it, only one box was mine.
!!!!RUN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! There’s not much to say about this company i was a office manager here and I’m going to keep it real with everyone thinking of using these people as your movers here are a few reasons why i think you should not trust them 1. It will not be a perfect move your items will be broken ( the amount of times I’ve had to respond to calls and emails is insane about broken items) 2. Hope you enjoy missing items they will be missing and not arrive at your destination 3.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Starting at the top, the quote we were provided was 1400lbs short. That means at the last minute we had to pay over an additional $1000, IF we wanted our belongings unloaded. Next after reaching out 2 times, nobody confirmed or communicated a pick up time. Then the day of pick up, I got a call from the driver asking where we were. The driver and guys loading the truck were very pleasant and respectful. I would give them 5 stars.

Really should be 0 stars. It cost my mother $10,000 to move. OK this is what it is, but you would expect the company to not destroy things. Broken things: 1. Antique lamp. They hid the lamp in the corner of the garage with boxes stacked in front of it. This is irreplaceable. 2. Painting that my mom painted years ago. Price to fix 1,2000 3. 2 TV's 4. Granite top to a dresser. This was thick granite also 5 .Broken wood back on antique couch. (Irreplaceable) My Great-Grandfather made this couch 6.

Beware. If you want to get walls, floors damaged - get this moving company. Ridiculous company outsourcing everything and refused to be liable for the damage. Outsourced claim department - ridiculous, rude management. They make you run around , have months of internal process. They absolutely don’t care. No one try to resolve nothing. 2 month since damages happened. No resolution.
Order interstate move. paid ton of money. A lot of damages. claim department refusing to reimburse. Not answer emails. Management is rude and unhelpful

Thor and his crew (Bobby & Nelson) were fantastic - efficient, thorough and professional! They showed up early which was impressive considering their hour and a half drive. Prior to their arrival they were communicative and ensured they had all proper supplies. Everything was packed neatly & wrapped appropriately. Coleman was the lowest bidder of 4 national companies. Their on site evaluator was thorough and informative. The moving crew contacted me days before and the scheduled move for additional information. The crew, lead by Chris, were on time (actually a little early) and completed a 2 household move quickly and carefully. We did the majority of the packing, but the packing they did was exceptional. Chris, also did the driving on our cross country move from Fort Lauderdale Florida to Dallas.
I've used Coleman Allied for three moves; each experience has been flawless. Their efficiency is unmatched. For my most recent move from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa, I didn't bother getting quotes from other companies because I knew I could trust Coleman Allied. Kevin Rios' crew was exceptional. They loaded my belongings one day and delivered them promptly the next. Their punctuality was not just important; it was crucial, given the tight timeline for using the loading dock at my new place.
